Highly engaging content: Applicants should submit a resume with examples of their most captivating work with podcasts only. Portfolios lacking in engaging content will not be considered. We share sessions (Premiere Pro) & resources everyday. **Your Role:** - **Expert Editing:** Enhance audio and video materials for podcast episodes and YouTube content. - **Social Media Savvy:** Craft engaging, high-quality podcast trailers for social platforms, tapping into current trends. - **Flexible Schedule:** Availability to work 6pm - 2am PH time, Monday to Friday. - **Technical Proficiency:** 3+ years in Adobe Premiere Pro, 1+ years in CapCut and a stable internet connection. - **Language Skills:** Fluent in English, with strong comprehension and captioning abilities. **Ideal Candidate:** - **Podcast Passion:** Deep understanding of podcast production, with a knack for creating compelling trailers and teaser clips. - **Trend Awareness:** Skilled in designing promotional reels aligned with TikTok and IG trends. - **Project Management:** Familiarity with tools like Trello and Slack. - **Design Skills:** (Preferred) Ability to create video templates, including YouTube bumpers, end cards, and CTAs. **Additional Requirements:** - **Experience:** Significant background in both video & audio podcast editing. - **Attention to Detail:** Exceptional focus on quality and precision. - **Tech Setup:** Fast internet, premium desktop or laptop. - **Adherence:** Strict compliance with guidelines/SOPs and deadlines. **Project Scope:** - **Content Length:** Raw material ranges from 20 to 120 mins. - **Deliverables:** Video/audio podcast episode / custom intro/outro / episode trailer. Daily deliverables vary. - **Frequency:** Daily podcast projects (1 p/day, Monday to Friday).
