Work Schedule:
* Monday-Wednesday: 12 PM to 9 PM PST
* Saturday & Sunday: 7 AM - 4 PM PST
Key Responsibilities:
* Guest Support: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries received via
* Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve guest issues with efficiency, providing solutions that ensure a positive experience.
* Platform Expertise: Navigate and utilize platforms like Airbnb, Guesty, and other OTAs for reservation management, communication, and administrative tasks.
* Administrative Support: Perform various administrative duties to support the smooth operation of our STR business.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Guest Service Associate within the short-term rental (STR) industry.
* Platform Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Airbnb, Guesty, and other relevant OTA platforms.
* Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Independent Worker: Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
