We are an fast-growing Ecommerce Brand seeking a highly qualified candidate to join our team for the role of Operations Manager.

Position: Ecommerce Operations Manager

> Salary $1,200 USD (depends on experience)

Experience:

- 2+ Years in Operation or Management
- Smart-Fast ass, Leadership Skills, and Critical Thinking
- Someone who likes to win at all costs and is rewarded for hard work.

Responsibilities:

- Move the needle. Take initiative. Think and execute actions to grow FAST
- Support and report directly to company leadership.
- Establish and improve processes, develop SOP's, etc.
- Oversee and manage the performance of the Customer Support Team
- Manage Supply Chain Sourcing, Logistics and Inventory Management
- Establishing Reports and Performance Monitoring
- Manage an international team and expand existing teams
- Adaptable to new challenges and responsibilities as needed.
