The Role

KITSCH is looking for a highly skilled and goal-driven Growth Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, particularly on platforms such as Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info, as well as experience creating and optimizing landing pages and developing creative content.

As a growth marketer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement on these platforms. This will include developing targeted ad campaigns, creating and testing various types of content (e.g. videos, infographics, social media posts), and analyzing data to continually optimize and improve Upgrade to see actual info addition to your social media and content expertise, you should also have strong analytical skills and be comfortable using data to inform your decisions. You should also be a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Location: Full-time Remote Work

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns on Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info to drive user acquisition and engagement;
Create and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates;
Develop and produce creative content (e.g. videos, infographics, social media posts) to support marketing efforts;
Analyze data and use insights to continuously optimize campaigns and content;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. design, product, sales) to align marketing efforts with company goals; and
Perform relevant tasks as may be assigned.

Core Competencies and Qualifications

3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on FB and TikTok
Proven track record of creating and optimizing landing pages to drive conversions
Strong creative skills, with the ability to develop and produce engaging content
Proficiency with data analysis and ability to use insights to inform decisions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
