Looking for someone to help turn my newsletter content into social media content and grow social media channels massively

I'm looking for someone to take my newsletter content from Substack, turn it into content across Instagra, Twitter, TikTok and anywhere you think will help - LITERALLY any others you want or think will work to grow the channels) for the purpose of...

- Growing the social media channels
- Growing the subscribers of the newsletter
- Eventually driving sales to a product and sponsors

- With a scheduling program this could be 5-10 hours per week
- Milestone incentives for growth across the channels and commissions on eventual sales will be in place
- You will mostly be working autonomously and have full control to grow and hit your milestones

You must have a proven track record with growing faceless channels - I'm looking to hand this over completely to someone to make their own
