JOB OVERVIEW

We, a US mobile marketing agency, need 1 full-time, project-based creative designer (banner/AI video) with at least 3 years of relevant experience (graphic and video editing).

The ideal candidate will need to be fully available from 7 pm - 3 am PHT so it's highly preferable that he/she isn't currently engaged with any company/client during the said hours. Specific design software and tools shall be used and you will be trained on everything you need to know to excel in this role.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Contractual
Work hours: 07:00 PM to 3:00 AM Philippine Time
Required hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day
Project Timeline: 3 months, contractual. Permanent, full-time job offer opportunity is dependent on performance.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Work Set-up: Remote (External monitor is required). The ideal applicants should reside within Metro Manila
Start Date: Immediately (ASAP)

Who Are You?

The Digital Marketing Creative Coordinator candidate will be a self-motivated individual who is passionate about driving results. Qualified candidates will possess/have:

- A bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on marketing?
- 3+ years of digital marketing and/or graphic design-related experience?
- Excellent knowledge of design principles, color theory, and typography
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Canva, etc
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and creative solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for getting people excited about what you’re saying
- A keen eye for aesthetics, high degree of autonomy, strong sense of accountability, keen attention to details and problem solving?
- The ability to analyze data points and provide key insights and recommendations?
- The utmost of integrity, both with clients and with colleagues?
- A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding expectations

- Excellent organization with the ability to work independently and multitask with minimal supervision

What Will You Do?

As a Digital Marketing Creative Coordinator, you will act as the creative genius that transforms the client’s ideas into stunning visual stories and immerse yourself in the creative strategies for each client. You will:

- Develop creative concepts, visual designs, and layouts for a wide range of ad projects based on client requests
- Create eye-catching banner and video ads using primarily Creatopy, Waymark, and other design software/tools
- Ensure visual materials align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity
- Edit and retouch images, including color correction, cropping, and optimization for various platforms
- Select appropriate fonts and typography styles to enhance readability and aesthetics
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs based on client or team input
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
- Work closely with internal teams to understand design objectives and project requirements
- Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices

In 30 days or less, you should be able to:

- Comfortably take on 12-15 creative tasks daily (6-7 work hours)
- Exhibit a high level of collaborative practice to address team queries effectively and in a timely manner
- Prioritize both accuracy and speed
