Graphic Designer for Real Estate Industry

I am seeking a graphic designer with experience in residential real estate. My clientele is mostly Realtors who sell individual family homes in Southern California (Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego). This position would require a designer with expert skill in InDesign, and a strong skill in Illustrator and Photoshop. HTML experience is a plus as well, as we will occasionally need to code single HTML files, like email messages or email signatures.

My company's business model functions on a flat rate per type of design. My clientele values knowing what they will pay from the start of the project, so I do not charge them an hourly rate. More details will be given, but essentially for every flyer designed and completed, you will earn $24. Some projects will be larger, so earnings will be greater on those, while lesser projects will earn less. I will provide a list that will explain further.

At the Upgrade to see actual infont, we are completing only a couple of projects a week, but my focus will be to gain more clients, and as a marketing director of a large real estate company, I have many contacts that will provide possible entries to additional work.
