JOB OVERVIEW

Introduction:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce compelling visuals for our pay-per-click (PPC) and social media advertising campaigns. As a vital member of our marketing team, you will collaborate closely with digital media buyers and content creators to design ads that captivate and convert. Key Responsibilities:

Design high-quality and engaging graphic content for PPC campaigns and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Work with marketing teams to translate messaging concepts into marketing materials that are visually enticing and strategically effective.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital campaigns.
Analyze performance data to understand the effectiveness of different visual strategies and adapt designs as needed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and social media best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work in PPC and social media advertising.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field.
Experience with video and animation tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.
Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.

Working Hours:

This position requires a commitment of at least 15 hours per month, with potential for full-time hours depending on project volume and performance.
