Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor

JOB;
I need a graphic designer to help make custom images to print onto t-shirts and I need a video editor who can help add images to my Youtube Shorts / Tik Tok content to make it more engaging.

TASKS:
1) Graphic Designer

I need about 20 graphics to be designed for t-shirts. These designs will require intermediate photoshop skills. An example of the type of work I need to be done: There is a picture of Michael Jordan, but I want to replace his face with Elon Musk. So I want Elon Musk's face on Michael Jordan's body. Now I also want the skin tone of the body to match Elon's face and be white. I also want the head to be a proportional size. Another example: replacing the 4 faces from Mount Rushmore with new faces.

2) Video Editor

I will be creating all the audio. My short form content will be funny AI cloned voices having conversations between friends. When person A is talking for 3 seconds, I want a picture of person A to be displayed for 3 seconds in the video. When person B is talking for 2 seconds, I want a picture of person B to be displayed for those 2 seconds in the video. These conversations can be anywhere from 15 to 55 seconds. There will be times where I ask you to cutout the image of the person and apply a background. For example, the 3 friends are eating at McDonalds. So for this setting, the images should all have a McDonald's background. This won't be necessary for every video, maybe about 30-50% of them will require this. If person A talks 12 times during the conversation, I do not need 12 different pictures for him every time he talks. I only need 3-4 pictures, which can be reused throughout the video.

I want the short content to videos to be split screen. So I want the constant changing of pictures for the people that talk to be on the top half, and I want the bottom half of the screen to display GTA V game play or something that will catch the attention of the viewer.

The video editing skills required are BASIC and super easy to learn if you have not done before. I need the person to be able to edit pictures when necessary more than anything.

REQUIREMENT:
Experience with graphic design and editing pictures in high quality.
Ability to complete the tasks listed above in a timely and efficient manner.
English skills where we can communicate basic ideas to each other.
Able to give me daily status updates.

Summary:
This job will require more hours up-front for the 20 graphic designs, and the hourly work will be reduced after these are complete. I need the graphic designs done quickly. Once this task is complete almost all of the focus will be on the video editing. I prefer the person doing both these tasks is the same person, but I am open to hiring two different people for these tasks. How long your part-time work lasts depends on how well the channel does.

Graphic Design: 40 to 50 hours total (gig)
Video Editing: 5-10 hours a week (part-time)

Rate: $4/hour
