Graphic Designer / Wordpress developer

This role can either be part time or full time, depending on skill set and availability. If you happen to have wordpress development skills or willingness to learn this will more likely be a full time position. You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.

Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.

Accessibility Requirements:

Skills REQUIRED:
- Intermediate photoshop skills

Job Description:
My company, OTDR Marketing (Upgrade to see actual info) is a company that provides digital marketing services for primarily outdoor industry companies. We offer video reviews, web development, youtube video editing and graphic design, print marketing services, etc. I'm looking for a versatile employee who enjoys jumping from task to task and is not overwhelmed by the variety of tasks they are faced with completing. This is a very flexible and autonomous position. If you are completing work at a reasonable speed, you will not be bothered by me. If you need help, I or one of my 4 filipino employees will support you.

Perks:
*You can work whenever you want. You will not have to wake up or work at any given time.
*You can work as much as you want, no less than 20 hrs and no more than 40 hrs, if that's what we agree on.
*Flexible Vacation, if you need time off just let me know.

Who is this role for?
Someone who loves social media and digital marketing and interacting with others. This person likes to be creative, designing thumbnails and social media posts as well as print products such as flyers and sales catalogs. They are also organized, and motivated to complete tasks ahead of time. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who can work independently, follow directions, and who constantly improves with feedback. Ideally this candidate enjoys outdoor activities, so that they are interested in the products they are promoting, however, we do have clients in other industries such as healthcare and crafts.

I own 2 different companies, OTDR GEAR (Otdr Marketing), and Drive Physical Therapy. I’m very laid back and patient while my employees are learning. I will facilitate your growth.
