Graphic Designer (UI Design)

We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team, with a strong focus on UI design, newsletter, social media, and other graphics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative designs that enhance user experience and effectively communicate our client's brand messages across various platforms. This role involves working on a wide range of design projects, including website design, newsletter design, social media, display ads, and other digital and print media.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring they are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for performance.

- Create engaging and impactful graphics for social media platforms, including posts, banners, ads, and profile images, that drive user engagement and brand recognition.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand design requirements and contribute to the development of digital marketing campaigns.

- Produce a variety of design assets, including infographics, newsletters, brochures, and presentations, that effectively
communicate complex information in a visually compelling manner.

- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all design outputs, ensuring a consistent brand identity.

- Work closely with developers and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of design outputs.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI design and other graphics.
- Proficiency in Figma design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Experience in creating responsive and adaptive designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally and present design concepts clearly.
- Knowledge of WordPress and Elementor is a plus.
