Graphic Designer (InDesign Specialist)

Nautical Staffing is looking for Graphic Designers. This is for a Chicago-based client in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
• Design collateral pieces: brochures, branding books, ads (print/digital), direct mail (postcards, foldovers) social posts, custom signs, invites, and custom design projects.
• Work with Agent Design Project Specialist to receive projects and complete on time, communicating project updates and needs
• Proofread content and occasionally write copy
• Review proofs prior to sending to Agent Design Project Specialist for edits/project approval
• Assist with other design or print needs as assigned
• Create logos and brand identities and translate into branded assets as needed
• Keep tasks updated in ClickUp, and follow best practices to maintain a functional Workspace

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design is required
• Must have extensive experience in Adobe InDesign (non-negotiable)
• Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Must have experience in using Apple OS
• Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable Connecting with people
• Willing to work 40 hours/week from 9am to 5pm US Business hours (non-negotiable)
