**Basis Salary:** The basis salary for this position is 15$ per finished project. And an expected 15-20 projects a month.

**Experience:** It’s expected you have around 3 years of experience with Graphic Design to Social Media.

Here’s what you’ll be doing

- Editing image for our clients, based on the project drafts.
- Be in close communication with the team.
- Deliver finished projects to our Creative Strategist.

### How will you be interacting with the team?

- **???? Slack:** Daily communication

- **???? Monthly Status Meetings**: Once a month we’ll have a monthly status meeting, where the latest month is being evaluated and the goals for the upcoming month are being presented.

### Compensations Increases **????**

We are not a company, where we can tell you that if your achieve XYZ we’ll give you a promotion to XYZ title and that will result in an annual base salary raise of X% **??**

We are a tiny and rapidly growing company.

We do our best to measure the impact each teaUpgrade to see actual infomber has on the bottom line and give raises accordingly.

- Tuesdag I 09:00 - 17:00

- Friday I 09:00 - 17:00

Because of your close communication with the team, it is important that you are available in these times. You are working ‘Remote’ and we don’t care whether you are at home or somewhere else, as long as you are keeping your deadlines.
