Graphic Designer

We are seeking talented Graphic Designers with a solid understanding of design fundamentals to join our remote team. As a Graphic Designer at Penji, you will collaborate directly with Team Leaders, Art Directors, and Project Coordinators to deliver high-quality design solutions to our clients. This is a full-time home based position with fixed hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Philippine Time, including a lunch break.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to comprehend project requirements and client briefs.
- Create visually appealing designs that align with client expectations and project objectives.
- Incorporate feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to iterate on designs.
- Ensure timely delivery of design projects while upholding quality standards.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers throughout the design process.

Requirements:
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong grasp of design fundamentals and principles.
- Ability to accept constructive criticism and adapt designs accordingly.
- Patient and empathetic when interacting with clients.
- Excellent comprehension skills and ability to understand client briefs effectively.
- Familiarity with the design thinking process and problem-solving abilities.
