Graphic Designer

TETON Sports is a fast-growing Outdoor Brand based in Salt Lake City, Utah. We are passionate about our goal - providing one billion and one outdoor experiences. How do we accomplish this? We make cool outdoor gear like sleeping bags, backpacks, cots, and tents. Why? Because we think being outdoors and enjoying nature gives a little extra happiness in one's life.

Position: Graphic Designer
Part-time: 15 hours per week
Reports to: Halley Fawson

Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, including advanced knowledge of tools, layers, and effects
• Ability to create precise line drawings, illustrations, and graphics with attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in creating files for packaging, understanding printing processes, color management, and file formats for different outputs
• Ability to follow pre-created templates and company style guide
• Ability to handle multiple simultaneous requests and deliver files by pre-determined deadlines

Desired Skills:
• Proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite software such as Photoshop and InDesign.
• Knowledge of typography, layout, and composition principles.
• Experience in creating visual assets for digital platforms, social media, and web design.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with industry trends, design standards, and best practices.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
• Complete graphic design projects as dictated by Marketing Project Management
