We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Artist to design t-shirt graphics for fire departments, businesses, and various events. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, the ability to create compelling and visually appealing designs, and be proficient in providing images in various formats, including vector files.

**Responsibilities:**
- Design unique and attractive t-shirt graphics tailored to fire departments, businesses, and event needs.
- Provide images in multiple formats, ensuring compatibility and high quality, including vector files.
- Collaborate with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their expectations.
- Accept and incorporate constructive criticism, making necessary corrections to designs as needed.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Graphic Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing t-shirt designs.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Ability to create vector files and other image formats.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to feedback and make revisions to designs.

**Salary:**
