We're a small eCommerce growth agency based in Sydney, Australia. We are a fully remote agency with a great team and clients, flexible working hours and generous pay and benefits.

Your Goals:

1. Maximise revenue and ROAS through Google and Youtube Ads.
2. Acquire new customers at client's target CPA or below using impactful strategies and creative.
3. Drive repeat purchase and increase customer LTV through effective retargeting.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Strategy: Create a strategy for the clients' advertising across Google's ad channels (especially Youtube) to drive high ROAS and revenue growth. 
2. Creative & Copy Direction: Advise and collaborate with the video/graphic designer and copywriter on ideas for creative assets such as attention grabbing and high converting videos, images and copy.
3. Ad Campaign Setup & Optimisation: Set-up, monitor & optimise campaigns; adjusting creatives, keywords, placements and bids to maximise ROI.
4. Data Analysis: regularly review account data and reporting and use that data to improve campaign strategy, setup, targeting and creative and provide recommendations to the team on where improvements can be made on site or elsewhere.
5. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad variations to determine the most effective messaging, visuals, and calls-to-action.
6. Analytics, Tracking & Reporting: Setup Google analytics and Google Ads tracking for new clients and ensure setup for existing clients is correct and optimal and assist in creating reports for clients and the team when needed.
7. Processes: update and maintain existing SOPs related to the role and create new ones where needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. This is a mid-to-senior level role requiring at least 3 years experience and a proven track record of delivering results with 2. Google & Youtube ads, preferably in e-commerce.
3. We're especially looking for someone who is experienced and passionate about Youtube ads and how to use them as a TOF acquisition channel including creative strategy. Someone that knows how to get people to watch, click and buy.
4. Must have excellent analytical ability and be able to interpret data to inform strategy, recommendations and decision-making.
5. Google analytics, tracking and reporting skills are highly desired but not essential.
6. Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills and teamwork.
