Job Title: Google Ads PPC Specialist

Location: Remote Job

Type: Part-Time, Flexible Hours

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Google Ads PPC Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves setting up, managing and optimizing Google PPC campaigns to achieve client objectives, such as increasing conversions, minimizing cost per lead, optimizing ad copy and other ad assets, and enhancing overall campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google Ads, analytics, optimization and digital marketing strategies. Training will be provided to fine-tune your skills and knowledge in line with our specific methodologies within the real estate investor niche.

Responsibilities: Set up, design and implement effective Google Ads campaigns based on client goals. Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement. Optimize campaigns to improve metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition. Prepare detailed campaign performance reports and provide insights and recommendations for client accounts. Stay updated with the latest changes and best practices in Google Ads and digital marketing. Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to enhance campaign strategies and results.

Requirements: Proven 2+ years experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and remarketing. Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics and other measurement tools. Ability to interpret and utilize data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in English. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility to work hours that accommodate client needs and campaign monitoring. Bonus if you have experience in the real estate investor niche.
