JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Google Analytics specialist to join our team. You will work on the Toronto time zone for 40 hours per week.

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, with a deep understanding of its interface and functions.
- Strong expertise in implementing and managing cross domain tracking for comprehensive user journey analysis.
- Demonstrated ability in setting up and monitoring conversion tracking to capture key actions and engagements across websites.
- Experience with revenue tracking to align financial data with user interactions, optimizing for profitability and marketing effectiveness.
- Expertise in event tracking setup to capture and analyze user interactions that are not recorded by default in Google Analytics.
- Ability to design and create custom reports tailored to business needs, providing actionable insights and data visualization.
- Proficient in developing funnel and attribution models to evaluate customer paths and conversion sequences, aiding in decision-making and marketing strategy refinement.
- Knowledge of data privacy and regulatory compliance as it relates to analytics and online tracking.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager is a bonus


Responsibilities:

- Design and implement efficient tracking systems across multiple domains using Google Analytics 4, ensuring accurate data collection and integration.
- Configure and maintain accurate conversion tracking systems to measure key performance indicators and marketing objectives.
- Develop and oversee revenue tracking processes to ensure financial data is captured and correlated with marketing metrics.
- Set up customized event tracking to monitor critical interactions on the website, optimizing user experience and engagement strategies.
- Create and manage custom reports and dashboards that provide insightful analysis, helping stakeholders understand performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Build detailed funnel and attribution reports to analyze user flow and conversion paths, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Analytics updates, features, and best practices, continually enhancing the tracking and reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that analytics insights are integrated into marketing strategies and campaign planning.
