POSITION OVERVIEW
As the Part-Time Google Ads Manager at PEGAI, you will be responsible for setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns to promote our priority products and prepare for the launch of our Spain product line. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Google Ads professional to make a significant impact in a part-time capacity and contribute to the success of our digital marketing initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work closely with our marketing team to understand business goals and priorities, and develop a strategy for launching and optimizing Google Ads campaigns;
* Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and set up campaign structures to target relevant audiences and maximize campaign effectiveness;
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement;
* Stay updated on industry trends and Google Ads best practices, leveraging new features and tools to enhance campaign performance and drive results;
* Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure alignment between Google Ads initiatives and overall marketing strategies and objectives;
* Contribute to brainstorming meetings and the development of new ideas;
* Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information;
* Report to the team leader/CEO about the results weekly, let them know as soon as possible if any issues arise, and communicate effectively with the team; and
* Assist with any other tasks that might be assigned by the team leader/CEO.

QUALIFICATIONS
* Can work from 8 AM to 5 PM (CST; Dallas Time) - you may choose your working hours as long as it’s within the 8 am to 5 pm CST working hours.
* Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns for brands or businesses, with a strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis;
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance;
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
* Google Ads certification and proficiency in Google Analytics are preferred, but not required.
* Attentive to details and has an eye for detail and accuracy;
* Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic;
* Has the ability to prioritize and manage delegated tasks effectively;
* Not afraid to speak up, recommend improvements, and bring up issues to the upper management/team leader; and
* Must be organized.
