The Role:
We are seeking a versatile Generalist who thrives in a startup atmosphere. This role combines elements of project management, customer success, and executive assistance. The ideal candidate will manage a variety of tasks from coordinating projects and managing customer relationships to supporting executive operations. You must be tech-savvy, exceptionally organized, and ready to tackle the diverse challenges that come your way.

What You'll Do:
a)Project and Operations Management: Organize and oversee projects using ClickUp, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently.
b)Customer Success: Lead customer onboarding, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that all clients are fully satisfied with our services.
c)Executive Support: Assist the CEO and CTO directly, managing emails, scheduling meetings, and preparing important documents to enhance productivity.
d)Communication and Coordination: Serve as a bridge between teams, clients, and executives, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.

What You Bring to the Table:
a)A proven track record in project management, customer service, and/or executive assistance, with strong tech skills to understand and manage complex systems.
b)A proactive attitude, ready to take initiative without needing direction.
c)Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications:
a)Experience with project management tools like ClickUp and proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
b)Background in tech, with the ability to grasp complex tech requirements quickly.
c)Any formal education is valued but not required; we're more interested in your skills and drive.
