We're seeking a proactive and versatile Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual proficient in customer service, CRM management, and executive support. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and excel in managing tasks effectively, we'd love to have you on board!

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service through outbound calls and correspondence.
Manage and maintain our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Assist in organizing and summarizing email communications for an assigned executive.
Efficiently manage the calendar and assist with miscellaneous tasks for the executive.
Daily Tasks:
Your day-to-day activities will involve managing our CRM system, making outbound calls to potential customers, and supporting an executive by overseeing their email, calendar, and occasional personal tasks.

Key Requirements:

Proficient English communication skills for clear and effective conversations.
Competency in computer operations, typing, CRM systems, and Google Workspace (Google Suite).
Strong customer service abilities to engage effectively with clients.
Basic knowledge of accounting and reporting will be advantageous.
