General Virtual Assistant | Medical Research

We are looking to expand our team with an individual who shares our passion for clinical trials and has the determination to help support our vision. As a General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day administration, business operations, and implementation of strategic initiatives to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the company, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in advancing medicine and improving patient outcome.

What you'll do:

- Conduct candidate interview to support clinical research, including clinical research coordinators, phlebotomists, pharmacists, nurses, physicians, vendors and consultants, and other support staff; provide guidance and performance feedback to ensure high-quality work

- Recruit and manage patients from all sources, including internal databases, external recruiters, social media, community outreach, affiliated doctors and hospitals, radios, newspapers, etc.

-Ensure trials follow in accordance with ICH/GCP; maintain accurate documentation and records to support regulatory audits
Schedule and attend meetings, organize calendars, complete action items in a timely manner

-Work closely with business development team to bring in new studies

-Implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, minimize risks, streamline processes, meet project timelines and deliverables, and optimize resource utilization

Qualification:

-Willing to work Wednesday to Sunday Pacific Standard Time
-Excellent Communication Skills
-A graduate of any medical related field
-Stable internet connection
