JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a General Virtual Assistant with experience in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reviewing insurance policies, preparing submissions, and managing policy endorsements. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:
Reviewing insurance policies to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Preparing submissions for insurance coverage, including gathering necessary documents and information.
Managing policy endorsements, including processing changes and updates.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and scheduling.
Providing general support to the insurance team as needed.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in reviewing insurance policies, preparing submissions, and managing policy endorsements in an insurance company.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with virtual assistant roles or remote work is a plus.
