We are looking for a versatile Virtual Assistant who can support various administrative tasks and assist in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities:
-Manage
-Organize and maintain documents, files, and records
-Conduct online research and compile information as needed
-Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
-Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
-Coordinate meetings and appointments
-Provide general administrative support to tea
-Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

-Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
