General Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote

Salary: $5-7/hr, Full-time

Are you a proactive problem-solver with a knack for finding solutions? Do you possess a creative flair for graphic design and an eye for detail? Are you proficient in Adobe software or Canva? If so, we're looking for you to join our team as a Virtual Assistant!

Responsibilities:

- Research various topics and find addresses as needed
- Utilize graphic design skills to create documents, flyers, and other marketing materials
- Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Nextdoor
- Familiarity with Go High Level and willingness to learn more about the platform
- Source and coordinate services required such as cleaning crews, painters, and vehicle branding companies
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and compiling branding guides
- Handle tasks such as ordering marketing materials and company essentials
- Liaise with customers to schedule photo shoots and ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize sales skills to follow up with customers, gather feedback, and secure referrals

Requirements:

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to present solutions
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe or Canva
- Social media savvy with experience in various platforms
- Familiarity with Go High Level is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Sales experience is preferred
- Ability to work full-time remotely
- Someone who is savvy in Microsoft Office. Excel and Word
