Kairos Carolina Digital is a black-owned digital marketing agency that simplifies the online biz world by helping small businesses acquire leads and clients.

We're looking for someone who can manage our company's social media accounts and email marketing. We need someone who is an excellent content writer with proven experience.

You have a great advantage if you are someone who:

- Has demonstrated success in growing social media presence on multiple platforms resulting in greater followers and audience engagement
- Has community development skills
- Has basic knowledge of email marketing
- Has proven experience utilizing Go High Level or any related application
- Has excellent content-writing skills
- Has at least basic graphic designing skills
- Has strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Has an understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics and analytic tools but is not required
- Has experience building funnels and website is a plus

Some of these tasks will be lifted from you if you have a lot to do. We have a team that will always support you with your tasks if needed. We need someone who is dedicated to this job and has an awesome personality.

The rate will be based on experience. The increase in pay will be after 3 months based on your performance. There will be 13th-month pay, paid holiday day offs, paid vacation leave, and paid sick leave. Please don't apply if it doesn't work for you.
