We are a high-volume photography company. We work with schools, youth and little league programs providing photography services.

What are the VA's primary responsibilities?
Primary responsibilities are answering phone calls, responding to emails, and posting on our social media platforms. You will have direct contact with our customers. All calls should be answered or returned within 24 hours.

What would a typical day in this role look like? 
Throughout the day phone calls will come in with different requests. Emails will need to be responded to throughout the day. The email box should be cleaned out by the end of the day. When you are not answering phones or emails, efforts should be shifted to our social media platforms.

What are the “must-have” skillsets of a successful candidate?
Customer Service Skills (Must be fluent)
Ability to Multitask
Excellent Written Skills
Excel (Basic)
Social Media Experience

WORKING HOURS:
(GMT-05:00) US/Central
40 hours/week
Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm CST
