Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities for

Develop and execute effective
Analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven optimizations for improved results.
Segment and target
Collaborate with the marketing team to align
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to implement innovative
- General Admin:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including follow-up customers'
Organize your to-do list.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Coordinate with various departments to support smooth workflow and communication.
Implement and improve administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Proven experience in
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize strategies.
Proficiency in
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in
General Admin:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.
You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:

2. Are you able to work 10 hours Manila from Monday to Friday? Break time is excluded
3. Do you have other commitments like school or other work?
4. Are you willing to train by yourself in our process for 1 week with no pay?
Note: This is a full-time, long-term position. Please apply only if you are fully committed to joining our company to avoid wasting both your time and ours. Additionally, there is a potential increase to 18k after 3 months.
