General VA: Coldcaller/ photo/video editor/B2B marketing

Join our team as a Cold Caller/Appointment Center/General VA Support. We're seeking a versatile professional proficient in cold calling ( English Accent is a must), must be versed in handling objections during cold calls and can rebuttal easily, and various VA tasks, including photo and video editing and email campaigns for business-to-business outreach. Familiarity with Medspa services and Go High Level CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to generate leads and schedule appointments.
Handle objections and opposition during coldcall and be able to rebuttal and redirect.
Maintain accurate client information in the Go High Level CRM system.
Edit photo and video content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, etc., to create compelling materials.
Execute business-to-business email campaigns to foster relationships and outreach using the company CRM.
Assist with other VA tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in cold calling or appointment setting.
Strong understanding of human psychology and communication techniques.
Knowledgeable about Medspa services and able to speak confidently about them.
Proficiency in photo and video editing using tools like Canva, CapCut, etc., and experience with email campaigns for business-to-business outreach.
Familiarity with Go High Level CRM is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
