WE ARE SEEKING A FULL-TIME GENERAL MANAGER TO START MID/END OF MAY.

**WHAT WE NEED IN A NEW CHEF**

We seek a talented and experienced General Manager to join our small but mighty Team. Unleash your inner analytical, creative and strategic mind in a role that requires following efficient processes and paying close attention to detail.
During your time in this position, your duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT & STRATEGY:

*Marketing Strategy for the Business:*
-Develop marketing ideas with assistance from teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
-Report on marketing activity to the board/shareholders.

*Human Resources/Team Performance:*
-Conduct monthly reviews with the Team.
-Development of new TeaUpgrade to see actual infombers and growth of the existing ones.
-Oversee the hiring process for new Team, including preparation of Contractor Agreements.
-Manage and develop the team culture.
-Manage team and contractor issues.

*Studio Management:*
-Running of team morning meetings.
-Management of the weekly forecast of projects and time with Account Managers and production teaUpgrade to see actual infodia buying team.
-Ensure reporting milestones are met.
-Maintain all communication with clients and meetings.
-Account health checklist each month.
-One-on-one monthly meetings with the Studio Management team.

*Business Improvement Projects:*
-Manage new projects in accordance with onboarding protocols.
-Efficient utilisation of the Team resources and contractors, where required.
-Report to the Team and Senior Management on the value of these projects.
-Documenting processes for the Team and reviewing and implementing processes as required.

*Business Operations:*
-Client Onboarding.
-Quoting and invoicing.
-Manage registers that track bonuses, client revenue, business expenditure, and profitability.

*Resource Management:*
-Reporting and optimisation of suppliers and team allocation and realised hours in Harvest, Asana and Forecast.
-Manage resourcing to ensure all deliverables and milestones are met.
-Liaising with the customer service team to plan and execute onboarding, referral, retention and return strategies.
-Review of Team Performance with Founders.

*Project Management:*
-Liaising with content creators to deliver great content to clients.
-Briefing and scoping for projects, providing plan outlines or pricing estimates for quotes or accepted proposals.
-Management of projects in the project management platform or tool.
-Communicate with the production team to plan, deliver, and report on projects, keeping them on time, on budget, and on spec.
-Liaising with the customer service team to ensure a seamless process from proposal acceptance to onboarding from a project delivery perspective (not client communication).

*Account Management:*
-Maintain strong customer relationships and provide support across channels.
-Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring timely delivery of solutions and communicating progress to stakeholders.
-Manage quoting, billing, and upselling to enhance client satisfaction and brand reputation.
-Facilitate onboarding and integration of new clients, liaising between customers and internal teams.
-Organise monthly catchup meetings to manage client work effectively.

> Excellent communication skills for reporting, team management, and client relationships
> Proven leadership experience, including team management and culture development
> Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
> Project management expertise for scoping, resource management, and timely project delivery
> Client relationship management skills, including onboarding and communication
> Understanding of business operations and financial management
> Adaptability and problem-solving skills to drive business success
> Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
> Previous experience in the marketing or advertising industry preferred
