HIRING PART TIME GOOGLE ADS / SEO EXPERT

Hello! My name is Jen and I am a small US based business owner who provides health and weight loss services for women.
I am looking for a part time GOOGLE ADS / SEO EXPERT to help me get set up with ads that will attract new customers. My initial goal is to generate more leads and grow my email list, then eventually sales. I do not have a very large budget to work with right now so it is essential to find someone who knows how to maximize every dollar spent and to use money wisely. Please note that this position will start within the next month; it is not immediate. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of how to increase growth of qualified leads and sales through advertising and have a track record of success.

Type: Part time (5 to 15 hours per week typically, but some weeks may require more)
Pay: Negotiable and will be based on experience but hourly rate may range from $2.50 to $8.00 per hour (USD).
