Full-Time Zapier Automation Specialist

We're on the lookout for a Zapier Automation Specialist to enhance and optimize our operations through intelligent automation. This role involves leveraging Zapier to connect our website's forms with our CRM system, focusing on automating specific fields such as 'visa type' and 'referring attorney', among others, to improve our data flow and client management processes.

Responsibilities
1. Design and implement Zapier workflows to automate data entry and streamline interactions between our website forms and CRM system.
2. Identify opportunities for process improvement within our current tech stack and implement automation solutions accordingly.
3. Work closely with our team to understand our workflow needs and develop custom automation strategies to enhance productivity and accuracy.
4. Maintain and optimize existing Zaps, ensuring they are up-to-date with our operational requirements and performing efficiently.
5. Provide insights and recommendations on best practices for automation and potential new tools or integrations to enhance our operations.

Requirements
1. Solid experience with Zapier, including creating complex Zaps, managing webhooks, and understanding API integrations.
2. Familiarity with CRM systems and how they can integrate with various applications and services to improve business processes.
3. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to create efficient automation workflows that meet our business needs.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the capability to work collaboratively across teams and explain technical concepts in a clear, understandable manner.
