Full Time YouTube Video Editor

I need someone with a fast turnaround time to create the best talking head youtube videos and is ready to work on this full time. You'd be editing 8 videos for my youtube channel monthly and the length of the vids are from 10-15 minutes. I've attached the link here that shows what exact type of videos I'm looking to create on youtube: Upgrade to see actual info and you have to be familiar with channels like Brian Jung, Ali Abdaal, Iman Gadzhi, Nischa etc.

You must be able to speak good english and understand what makes good videos. Please I need fast turnaround times for these videos as posting schedule are Mondays and Thursdays
