Full-Time Tester (Testing and Promotion)

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive testing of websites and applications to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance concerns.
- Provide detailed feedback and reports to the development team regarding any issues found during testing.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution of identified issues and to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Assist in promotional activities and provide feedback to the marketing team.
- Support moderator duties as necessary, particularly in emergencies, to maintain a positive online environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in website and app testing, as well as promotional strategies.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to coordinate testing and promotional activities.
- Maintain thorough documentation of testing procedures, results, and feedback for future reference.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, particularly in identifying and documenting software issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Experience in website and app testing, including familiarity with testing methodologies and tools.
