(A) Introduction:
WASHINGTON CONSTRUCTION and WASHINGTON ELECTRICAL are seeking a talented and dedicated WordPress Website Developer and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This remote full-time position is perfect for individuals who excel in website development, content optimization, and digital marketing. We are looking for someone who can improve our websites, optimize content for search engines, and develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate local leads for our business.

(B) Key Responsibilities:
1. WordPress Website Development and Improvement
- Analyze current website content and suggest improvements
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO)
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and responsive
- Improve website loading speed and overall performance
2. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan to generate local leads
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns
- Create and manage social media profiles and campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts
- Provide suggestions for ongoing optimization and improvement
3. Content Creation and Optimization
- Create engaging and SEO-friendly content for websites and digital marketing campaigns
- Optimize existing content for search engines
- Collaborate with the team to develop content ideas and strategies
4. Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics
- Track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns
- Provide regular reports and insights to the team and management

(C) Requirements:
1. Proven experience in WordPress website development and optimization
2. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and techniques
3. Experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies
4. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
5. Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
9. Experience with Google Ads, social media marketing, and email marketing campaigns
10. Availability to work full-time remotely with a flexible schedule that overlaps with our normal business hours

(D) Initial Trial Period and Benefits:
- Initial Trial Period: 1-2 months, with performance evaluations
- Salary: $800 monthly during the trial period, with a review for adjustment based on performance upon completion
- Benefits: Post-trial, you'll be eligible for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG contributions, 13th-month pay, and potential bonuses
- Work Hours: Flexible schedule that overlaps with our normal business hours
- Project Management: We use project management tools and time-tracking software to monitor progress and productivity
