Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, content creation, community management, and analytics.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business objectives and KPIs
Manage and maintain all company social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Create and curate engaging content (e.g., posts, videos, stories, infographics) that aligns with brand identity and resonates with target audiences
Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to the industry and brand
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and authentic community around the brand
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, design, customer service) to ensure social media content is aligned with overall marketing initiatives
Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends, and leverage them to enhance social media performance
Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on key insights to stakeholders

Rate: $5 an hour
