JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking an Experienced Customer Service / Account Management Virtual Assistant, with many years past experience in English Speaking and Writing (in a Call Center environment preferred).

We organize a Global Digital Marketing Conference / Expo Event Series in 40 cities around the world. Each Event has an Exhibit Hall with at least 30 x Internet, Mobile, AdTech, MarTech and SaaS vendors and we also have Sponsors that Speak at our conferences. I am seeking someone to handle the Customer Support and Account Management for all of our Sponsors and Exhibitors.

This is not a Sales position. Other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers will gather and finalize Sponsors and Exhibitors, then you will handle all Account Management with the Sponsor/Exhibitors leading up to the event.

You will work at different time periods throughout the year as we organize Events worldwide so you will work during the time zone of the event.

This is a long-term permanent position. Only apply if you have a lot of Customer Service and Account Management experience. You will need a fast reliable broadband connection and a quiet workspace where you can take voice calls and video calls from time to time.

I will be conducting interviews over Skype Video Call. Looking to hire and start asap.
