We are looking for much more than that!

We are a growing company looking to find a new member to join our team.
We are based in the UK but also have a team spread across the Philippines, which we encourage you to communicate with on Slack.

As a small to medium sized firm you are not just a number on our payroll. You have thoughts, feelings and ideas. Ideas we love to hear and personalities we like to see come through.

This role is to join our customer service team, answering and solving customers' emails. You will be responsible for ensuring every customer receives top quality service and a smile, even when you really don’t feel like it. How do you deliver a smile through a computer screen? Well that is for you to demonstrate and ultimately what makes a great customer experience.

We are looking to hire within the week - so if this sounds of interest apply right away.

You will work 2 different schedules which rotate each month:

Schedule 1: “Week Ender” Friday-Tuesday 4pm - 12 am (Wednesday-Thursday OFF)

Schedule 2: “Weekdays” Monday - Friday 12am - 8pm (Saturday - Sunday OFF)


Salary will be:
$2.50 - Starting/training wage (yes we pay while training is given)
$2.75 - After 1 month (pass training and we will increase your wage)
$3.00 - After 6 months (we like to reward people who stay with us)
$3.00+ - Increases to follow based on performance and length of service.

Requirements:
A good understanding of English both written and spoken is essential.
Good use and understanding of computer usage.
Training will be given but prior experience in customer service is highly favored.
