Full-Stack Developer with Digital Marketing Expertise

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with a strong background in digital marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our existing Laravel Vue.js CRM by adding new features, including the integration of the ChatGPT plugin to improve internal CRM reports, grammar checks and streamline its process. This role involves both back-end and front-end development, ensuring the functionality and aesthetic appeal of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance the current Laravel Vue.js CRM system by adding innovative features and improving its UI/UX to enhance the look and feel of the system.
Integrate AI-driven solutions like the ChatGPT plugin to streamline internal operations and enhance report comments and efficiency.
Maintain and improve our WordPress-based website, ensuring high performance, responsive design, and a strong online presence.
Execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms, aimed at boosting engagement and enhancing our brand’s visibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM and website functionalities with overall business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, applying them to various projects to ensure competitive advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with expertise in PHP, Laravel, and Vue.js.
Strong experience with WordPress development and understanding of its core principles.
Proficient in front-end technologies, including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and responsive design frameworks.
Experience in integrating AI plugins and solutions, particularly ChatGPT or similar technologies, into existing systems.
Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to manage time efficiently.
Desirable Skills:

Experience with SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing tools.
Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks is a plus.
