Full Stack Developer, Laravel + VueJS, FULLTIME

Acomo is Tokyo-Japan based Travel Company, Internet Hotel Booking System, for B2B Focus. There are a lot of legacy transactions in the Japanese hospitality business, and we are now trying to make this industry better for everybody involved in this field to move forward to a more efficient environment. We are also providing B2B Japan-bound booking service for travel agents in the Philippines as Tour Operator.

* Please note: This position is for full-time employment. We will only be hiring candidates who have combined at least three (3) years of experience in BE and FE in a professional setting using PHP Laravel or equivalent using VueJS, preferably more inclined in BE. Applicants without this experience will not be considered as candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers for all the best of features, functions, User Interface, and User Experience, collaborating with work-at-home engineers (front end and back-end engineers), based in Philippines.
- Ensure that the web service applications are built with the best solutions for scalability, availability, and security
- Provide input into selecting the right technologies for the duty and job at hand
- Maximize the user feedback to improve and implement new features
- Be proactive in optimizing code and testing your own code

Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional software development experience with PHP Laravel & VueJS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- English language proficiency
- Understanding and realizing the best practice for implementing the functions
- Experience with MySQL
- Highly proficient with the JavaScript language and its modern ES6+ syntax and features
- Highly proficient with Vue.js framework and its core principles such as components, reactivity, and the virtual DOM
- Familiarity with the Vue.js ecosystem, including Vue CLI, Vuex, Vue Router
- Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, including sass and equivalent
- Understanding of server-side rendering and its benefits and use cases
- Knowledge of functional programming and object-oriented programming paradigms
- Ability to write efficient, secure, well-documented, and clean JavaScript code
- Proficiency with modern development tools, like Git
- Experience with both consuming and designing RESTful APIs
- Understanding the teamwork and collaboration
- Identifying the requirements and analyzing the best output
- (Nice to have) Experience to implement hotel reservation system in past
- (Nice to have) Familiarity with schedule/calendar-based application

Required Position Availability:
- Full-time position. Must be HIGHLY available to work with us
- Only accepting Filipino applicants

Payment:
- $600/monthly STARTING Payment
- depending on performance, will be increased after 6 months of probation
- Remittance to your PH local bank account. We have a BDO USD Account. The fee will be owned by our side.
