JOB OVERVIEW

Position Summary:

As the Full Cycle Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment team and developing strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent. You will collaborate closely with department heads and senior management to understand hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process aligns with the company's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the client's staffing needs.
Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making offers.
Partner with the Client Success Manager to understand the staffing requirements of the client.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations.
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in recruitment, offshore outsourcing, real estate, finance and manpower agencies
Proficiency in using ZOHO Recruit (ATS)
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership ability, including experience managing a team and driving results.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
