Front End Developer
Remote, Full-time

Job Summary:

This position requires a combination of coding skills and a great eye for aesthetics. We are looking for someone who keeps up with American design trends and is strongly experienced in User Experience and User Interface development.
The candidate we are looking for needs to be extremely honest, trustworthy, and hard-working. Someone who loves learning and is not afraid to take on new tasks.


Required experience:
- Develop responsive and cross-browser compatible front-end code with a focus on maintainability
- Convert Adobe XD designs into Wordpress themes
- Demonstrate expertise in HTML, CSS, and the Wordpress CMS
- Possess advanced knowledge of Javascript and jQuery
- Apply basic PHP skills to create custom templates and custom post types
- Understand the structure of WordPress databases using MySql
- Work with Custom Fields and Custom Post Types
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in written form
- Have a general understanding of Adobe Photoshop


Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Package - Adobe XD, Illustrator
- Ability to research solutions independently
- Eager to learn and keep up with new technologies
- Positive can-do attitude
