Job Description:
Are you an experienced freight dispatcher looking for an opportunity to showcase your skills? JG Dispatch Express is seeking a highly motivated individual with at least 1 year of freight dispatching experience to join our team. As a Freight Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating loads for three designated drivers, Monday through Saturday.
Responsibilities:
* Book loads for each designated driver daily, ensuring efficient routes and timely deliveries.
* Utilize DAT Load Board and other platforms to source freight and secure loads.
* Communicate effectively with drivers, providing necessary information and support.
* Monitor driver progress and address any issues or delays as they arise.
* Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year of freight dispatching experience.
* Proven experience working with flatbeds, straight trucks, and box trucks.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in using dispatching software and load boards.
* Must provide proof of eligibility to work.
