Freelance Telemarketer for Recruitment Outreach

We are "The Well Recruiting Solutions," a dynamic recruitment firm specializing in the financial services industry. We're looking for a motivated and experienced freelance telemarketer to join our team on a project basis. Your primary role will be to call potential candidates to gauge their interest in our open positions and encourage them to participate in the interview process.

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to a provided list of potential candidates.
• Clearly and persuasively communicate the opportunities available, emphasizing the benefits and potential of the positions.
• Answer any preliminary questions about the job roles and the company• Schedule interviews or further calls between
potential candidates and our recruitment team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls made, responses received, and appointments scheduled.
• Provide feedback on the receptiveness of candidates and suggest improvements to our outreach strategy.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Must have native level fluency in English speaking
• Excellent communication skills, with a clear, confident speaking voice.
• Ability to engage and persuade, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills to manage call lists and schedules effectively.
• Familiarity with basic CRM and telephony systems.
• Must be able to work in the USA time zones between 9AM-7PM Central Standard Time
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to make 60 calls per hour
