JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a full-time Facebook Ads Manager who will oversee the business, industry preparation as well as campaign execution that includes strategic and tactical plans to increase penetration inside new places by delivering needs and sales targets. 

Responsibilities:
Crowdfunding Ad Campaigns:
Research and understand the dynamics of crowdfunding platforms (Kickstarter, Indiegogo).
Develop targeted ad strategies to promote crowdfunding campaigns.
Optimize ad creatives and targeting for maximum engagement and conversions.

Ecommerce Ad Campaigns:
Familiarize yourself with the products/services offered by the ecommerce client.
Create and manage Facebook ad campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and placements to optimize performance.

Funnel Planning & Execution:
Map out the customer journey from awareness to conversion.
Plan and implement ad campaigns that align with different stages of the sales funnel.
Optimize ad content and targeting to guide users through the funnel.

Creative Ad Plan:
Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing ad creatives.
Ensure ad visuals align with the brand and campaign objectives.
Test and iterate different creative formats to identify the most effective ones.

Ad Copy Ad Plan:
Craft compelling and concise ad copy that resonates with the target audience.
Test various messaging strategies to determine the most impactful ones.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant language into ad copy.

Landing Page Plan:
Coordinate with the web development team to optimize landing pages for conversions.
Ensure landing pages align with ad messaging and provide a seamless user experience.
Implement A/B testing for different landing page elements.

Ad Reporting:
Regularly monitor and analyze ad performance metrics.
Prepare detailed reports summarizing key insights and recommended optimizations.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions for ongoing campaigns.

Create a Marketing Brief/Plan for Product Launching:
Work with the marketing team to gather key information about the product.
Develop a comprehensive marketing brief/plan outlining the launch strategy.
Identify target audiences, messaging, and channels for the product launch.

Cross Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other teams (creative, development, marketing) to ensure a cohesive strategy.
Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and results effectively.
Participate in regular meetings to share updates and gather input from cross-functional teams.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
Keep abreast of changes in the digital advertising landscape, especially Facebook.
Attend webinars, read industry publications, and participate in relevant forums.
Implement new features and best practices into ongoing campaigns.

Education & Experience:
College graduate
With work-related experience like creating unique online campaigns, Facebook Ads, etc.
With proven ability to produce online leads for Sales Team to convert into online sales
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Trustworthy and reliable

Facebook
Blueprint Certification and/or Google Ads Certification is a BIG plus
With laptop/desktop with at least 8GB RAM
Internet connection speed of at least more than 5MBPS
