Job Summary: We are seeking a Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality mobile applications across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile app development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. Architect and develop scalable, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and expertise to foster their professional growth. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development and propose innovative solutions to improve product quality and development processes. Optimize mobile applications for performance, usability, and security. Implement automated testing and continuous integration practices to ensure the reliability of mobile applications. Work closely with QA teams to identify and fix bugs and ensure the overall quality of deliverables. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate mobile applications with server-side systems and APIs. Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive project success. Provide technical leadership and contribute to architectural decisions to support the long-term scalability and maintainability of mobile applications.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. 1+ years of professional experience in mobile app development, with a strong portfolio of published applications on both Android and iOS platforms. Primary focused on Laravel Framework. Strong proficiency in Dart programming language, Flutter SDK, and related mobile development tools. Experience with mobile app architecture patterns such as MVC, MVVM, or Redux. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and state management in Flutter applications. Knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles and ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and debugging. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience working in an agile development environment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
