JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our fitness industry team as a Customer Service and Sales Specialist. This role requires excellent customer service and sales skills, as well as proficiency in social media management. As a Customer Service and Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, driving sales, and effectively managing our social media presence.

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
Utilize sales techniques to promote and sell fitness programs and memberships to prospective customers.
Conduct consultations and assessments to understand customer needs and recommend tailored fitness solutions.
Implement effective social media marketing strategies to generate brand awareness, engage with our online community, and attract new customers.
Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms, monitor engagement metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
Respond to customer comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and promotions.
Track and analyze sales and customer engagement metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to effectively adapt sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service and sales roles.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in managing social media platforms, content creation, and community engagement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance customer experiences and drive sales.
Familiarity with fitness industry trends, products, and services.
Knowledge of social media analytics and tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance.
