JOB OVERVIEW

A real estate company that builds apartment buildings in the United States is looking for a Microsoft Excel Wizard that also has experience with Bookkeeping, and able to make an attractive presentation in PowerPoint or another software.

We are looking for someone that is a self starter, that doesn't need constant supervision, that is proactive and will look for ways to increase their value to the company if they are finished with current tasks/assignments. Honesty and a desire to succeed are a must, as well as superior English writing skills!

Microsoft Excel Wizard: we need someone that can look at and understand a complex financial model for a real estate development project, and can understand what a Discounted Cash Flow is, how to calculate IRR and XIRR, how to create complicated formulas, etc. Show me some examples of complex formulas you've worked with or financial models you've built!

Bookkeeping: our bookkeeping needs are basic, only a few bank accounts and cards to keep track of and not a ton of transactions. But, need someone that can own this task and make sure the books are accurate and current. Need to use Quickbooks Online or another online software.

Bonus: Ability to make a professional/attractive presentation in Microsoft Powerpoint or another presentation software.
