**Responsibilities:**

1. **Strategic Financial Planning:**
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.
- Provide insights on working capital management and debt reduction.

2. **Budgeting and Forecasting:**
- Create realistic budgets and financial forecasts for business planning.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

3. **Cash Flow Management:**
- Implement effective cash flow management practices.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on cash flow to support decision-making.

4. **Debt Management:**
- Work on negotiating favorable terms with creditors.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive debt repayment plan.

5. **Financial Reporting:**
- Streamline financial reporting processes for accurate and timely reporting.
- Present financial reports to leadership with actionable insights.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Experience in debt management and negotiation.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with accounting software and financial management tools.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our operations, taking charge of managing the accounts email for all our brands. They will work closely with top management, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. Additionally, they will interact with the accounts team of our suppliers, overseeing and coordinating dealings. Their responsibilities will extend to managing the various payment plans we currently handle, making them the backbone of our financial ecosystem.
